Use This Exercise:


  1. To activate your central chakras, to eliminate energy blockages, and to keeps your chi energy flowing smoothly through your body by using your hands to massage your aura above each chakra to draw chi upwards.
  2. During the day to promote physical and mental health, to better project charisma and presence, to build luck, and to make visualizations more effective by energizing them.
  3. To balance your energy, resulting in fewer emotional reactions that interfere with inner peace and inner silence, which in turn increases your ability to see reality without distortions, and to access your inner wisdom more easily.
